Our curriculum includes training in weapons and empty hand and kicking techniques, from standing and ground positions – emphasizing a safe environment. We train adults of all backgrounds and experience levels.

Our curriculum focuses on:

Jun Fan Gung Fu / Jeet Kune Do (the art and philosophy of the late Bruce Lee)

Filipino Martial Arts – “FMA” (also known as kali, eskrima, and arnis)

Silat (Southeast Asian and Indonesian striking, grappling, and weapons styles)

ACG is directed by a team of five internationally-certified instructors with over 100 years of collective martial arts experience, and over 50 years in the styles that are the current focus of training. The St. Louis Martial Arts Academy and the Applied Combatives Group are proud affiliates of the world-famous Inosanto Academy.
